In canon she's the great-great-whatever--granddaughter of Dorothy (yes that one) and was a magical princess who had to grow up in Kansas until she could come back and defeat a wicked witch. As you do. She's also a daughter of Iris because I could not help myself.

I'm Hotaru, and I bring this one outlaw Butch Cassidy who totally does not look like he's 42, from the manga Drifters. He's cheerful and fun-loving, but can be serious when it matters. He's one of Hermes kids, and will be grumbling over the crowded cabin, not being allowed to sleep outside, and not having any cigarettes.
