Your life is changed and you can never go back. Your only chance of survival is being trained at a camp just outside of New York City. It's known as Camp Half-Blood. It's the only shelter in the country, maybe even the world, for people like you. Or at least it was, until all the demigods already there disappeared. They assure you you're safe within its boundaries, but until someone finds out what happened to those who came before you, there's no proof of that. With monsters waiting outside the borders to rip you to shreds and someone on the inside causing trouble, Camp Half-Blood is no paradise, but it should keep you alive... (mostly). |
